This pic is based on a vague fanfiction idea that dearest Rara (who appears in my artist's comments quite a bit lately ) inspired yesterday. According to her, there are quite a few fans out there who would like to see a Videl18 fight/lesbian love tryst and that (for some reason) got me thinking...what if Videl were an android?

Long story short, I started fleshing out a fic idea from that premise and this is the result. Introducing Android 21 (Cell gets pushed back to #22), formerly known as Satan Videl (not that she'll know that; part of the story revolves around her rediscovering her identity pre-transformation). According to Mirai Trunks, she's the least trustworthy of the three androids in his time, but it's not clear why he seems to think so...(and, no, it's not b/c she's stronger than the other androids and/or Cell or anything cliche/stupid like that. If anything, she's roughly equivalent to the #17 and #18 models with slightly different programming). Any guesses as to what Mirai Android 21 did?

This is a picture of Mirai Android 21, not the Android 21 from the regular timeline. In the regular timeline, she's Gohan's age, just as she would be were she not transformed into a cyborg. Younger Sister is a deviation featuring Android 21 from the current/present DBZ timeline (making her about nine or ten).

If you're wondering about the title, it's because, in the intended fic, #s 17 and 18 refer to her as their "little sister" and she calls them "Onii-san" and "Onee-chan" in return. They're like their own little family united against "father" Gero.

I like to picture #21 saying something cool like "Your apocolypse is NOW!" or something. 'cuz of the whole end-of-the-world deal involving the androids and...oh, never mind It makes sense in my head.

I did my best to translate Videl into the android "style" (ie, straight chin-length hair, denim clothing, RR symbol...etc) Did I do good?
